About Kris Wilder
Kris Wilder is the head instructor and owner of Wilder Karate Academy and Seminar Instuctor. Kris started practicing the martial arts at the age of fifteen.
Over the years, he has earned black belt rankings in three styles, Goju-Ryu karate (6th dan), Tae Kwon Do (2nd dan), and Judo (1st dan), in which he has competed in senior nationals and international tournaments.
Through the discipline of the martial arts, you can jump the track of a mediocre existence. Your choices, and the choices that open up in front of you are more expansive and larger.
Moving through practice, you get to and engage, and evolve while exercising the mental and physical aspects of the art. Your vision becomes more inclusive; your life involves more people, greater experiences, and it is about grasping potential.
You must go through the door of discipline to enter into the more expansive realms of life and mind. And your adventure in the martial arts is the tool, method, and path that you are already using to access intentionally, this evolutionary state.
