Coaching is helping you be more successful at what you want and need. I offer one-on-one 50-minute coaching sessions.  Some clients like to sit and talk; others prefer to walk, more often than not we connect by phone.

As your coach, my job is to help you unstick the stuck, get over or through the obstacle that is blocking your path to the next level of life. You will receive support from me, and you will also face many challenges.
